Thank you for trusting Pristine Cleaning with your home services! To provide the best experience possible, here are a few tips for preparing your home prior to our team’s arrival.

Declutter as best as possible! The more we can see, the more we can clean!
Clear away dirty dishes and food messes. If you would like your biannual clean of your refrigerator (or oven), please let us know in advance and clear out as much waste and empty containers as possible prior to our visit.
Secure fragile items that you do not wish for us to touch or any items that should be avoided.
Put out clean sheets on each bed you wish for linens to be changed. A clean bed feels so good to jump into!
If possible, secure your pets in a room or outside for us to move quickly around them.
Be accessible but not in the way of the cleaners if possible.
Please communicate any special requests or entry changes (door codes, etc.) prior to our visit.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. This results in a loss of hours for our team members, and we have other clients waiting for service.
We cannot delay paychecks to our team members so thank you for paying your bill for service promptly. Check at time of service or CC billed thereafter with a 3.3% processing fee are the most popular ways to pay!
